Dr. McNerney was kind, unhurried, thorough and caring.
Dr. McNerney has provided care for me in the past 12 months and I have been both impressed by his care for my situation and the way he carried out the procedures I need. He was respectful, has very good communication skills and made me feel like I was his only patient.
I had my first Colonoscopy this week and was very pleased with the care provided me by Dr. McNerney, nurses, and administrative staff. Dr. McNerney was friendly, patient, and reassuring. His staff was caring and professional as well. A nurse followed up with me the morning after the procedure to see how I was doing and I just received a call back earlier today on results of a polyp that was removed. Happily, all is fine!
I have had several colonoscopies over the years with Dr. McNerney. He and his staff could not be any more professional, courteous or personable while at the same time putting you at ease and telling you what will be happening from the moment you walk in until the moment one of them walks you to the car (passenger side)! I have a few more in my future, and I will not even consider anywhere else!! Karen H.
Excellent, informative and caring.
Dr McNerney was very easy to speak with, made sure all my questions were answered. He and the entire staff were very friendly, courteous and concerned not only for my physical comfort but that I understood and was at ease with everything being done.
Good experience, (except of course the preliminary prep). Office staff and nursing staff were courteous, helpful, encouraged questions and answered anything I asked. Dr McNerney was also very helpful, reviewed what the procedure was and afterwards explained his findings in a manner I could understand.
From Start to Finish, a very competent and professional environment and personnel. And while I hope to never need another Colonoscopy, if I do, this is where I will have it done.
