Dr McNerney was helpful with his explanations and conducted a thorough and thoughtful medical procedure. I left with a good explanation of my medical results. His staff and nurses were exceptional plus the entire appointment was on time!
I was very impressed with Dr. McNerney during my office visit. He was very personable, answered all of my concerns , and gave me such relief on the describing of the upcoming scheduled EGD. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable , friendly, asked if I had any questions before procedure started, etc.. I truely felt that I was in EXCELLENT care at the office and during my procedure. Highly recommend Dr. McNerney and staff.
Had a Colonoscopy today May 8, 2019 and Dr Mcnerney and his staff were wonderful in every respect, very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Tucson Gastroenterology.
Came in for first time Colonoscopy and had a wonderful experience from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Dr. McNerney and his nurses were AWESOME!! they introduced themselves and explained what they were going to be doing, very professional group of Individuals.
I felt no sense of interest or caring; I left his office feeling like a project to be processed. No focused discussion about my condition or an alternate remedy to my present regimen. I found his denigrating remarks about my previous Dr. to be unethical. At the time of the procedure he spoke only 3 words to me, and they were not of comfort or concern. Dr. McNerney and his staff were wonderful. I had a colonscopy and endoscopy and both were painless procedures. Dr. McNerney explained everything he found and the nursing staff gave wonderful caring and professional support before and after. Highly recommended.
Dr. McNerney is very thorough and takes extra time to explain all details of the procedure he is performing, as well as findings and recommendations. He is so personable and easy to talk to. His staff is extremely efficient and patient oriented. He and his staff make you feel important and valued. I highly recommend him and I expect to be a return patient.
Dr. McCartney and staff are wonderful, very caring and very attentive. I had an endoscopy, everything was explained to me and recovery was great. Excellent patient care!!
Scheduled for a routine colonoscopy - Dr McNerney is a compassionate and competent GI doctor. His recovery room nurses are just the same. I am a retired Navy Nurse. I highly recommend.
