A colonoscopy is not the most fun thing to do, but because there is a history of colon cancer in my family, I need one every 5 years. I have always gone to Dr. McNerney for the procedures and have received excellent care, thorough testing and complete information from him and his staff. I trust them explicitly to advise me in this arena of my healthcare. Everyone is friendly, respectful, and professionally matter-of-fact.
Dr. McNerney and his staff are very courteous and professional. They demonstrate the utmost competence, care and compassion, as they have for the many years I have been going to Tucson Gastroenterology. My most recent procedure was handled painlessly and follow-up is excellent. I recommend them to everyone.
Can not say enough positive stuff about this place, everyone is friendly from the time you walk in the door. All staff upfront at check in are informative and helpful, the 3 nurses and assistant that helped during my procedure made me feel comfortable. Dr. McNearney explained the procedure, took my fears away and everyone went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Had a good experience with Dr. McNerny, his staff and the Tucson Gastroenterology facility. Wait time was minimal before I was called in for my prep, staff is efficient and friendly and Dr. McNerny was informative before and after the procedure. Excellent follow up the next day to make sure I was doing OK and within a couple of days received the lab results. Would highly recommend Dr. McNerny and this facility.

My initial appointment for my 1 yr. colonoscopy after my colon cancer was a little verve wracking but Dr. McNerney put me at ease. He listened to my concerns and was very engaged. He listened and answered all of my questions. And his staff is very excellent. He even explained everything as he was doing my procedure as I could watch it on the screen. Highly recommend this office.
I was nervous going in for a colonoscopy, but the office and medical personnel put me at ease. The center was busy but not overcrowded. I felt that I got personalized attention. Dr McNerney had a genuine and empathetic smile and I got the feeling that he was a very competent professional. I was there for a total of one and a half hours. I would recommend this doctor/facility.
