Dr. Olsen is extremely caring and willing to meet his patients' needs. He has met me twice on his days off for an emergency. Excellent!
Fillings. Root canals. Our ins. covers well. Half the price of specialty dentists. He is well manered and gentle.
The first couple of visits were fine. I asked the dr. to repair a chipped bonded tooth. OMG!!!!! My tooth was totally reconstructed and look horrible. He kept leaving the room and tending to other patients and was getting irritated with me that I wasn't happy with it. Even his assistant said it look horrible. I left unhappy and when it came time to discuss the bill his secretary/office manager started SCREAMING at me on the phone and hung up. I tried to get him to call me and he never did. I'm upset because he did work on a previously done root canal and placed a medicated packing in. I went back and without him looking at my records as to where to start, he cemented my front two new crowns on, without finishing the job. Months later I had pain in the upper gum, x-rays were taken & saw the problem so drilled into my new crown to get into the root canal which made my crown look awful. Dr. Olsen and his entire staff provide a level of treatment and patient care that should be used as a model for all dental professionals to try to rise to. Perfection is obtainable!
i HATE dentists. Believe it or not though, Dr Olsen is great. He really knows his stuff! I can't even tell you how many dentists I have tried over the years, He can do just about everything too. No being sent out to specialists to do certain proceedures. I tell anyone that will listen to me how much I like him.
