He is very attentive and takes the time to listen what you have to say, he is very good at explaining things and he even thanked me for taking my cancer risk seriously. He is a very compassionate doctor that takes his time with his patients.

Dr Shah is very compassionate. I got hospitalized before my cruise and he called the company on my behalf and filled out all the necessary forms. He understood how much this helped me out financially.

I was referred to Dr. Shah for a colonoscopy. The first visit he seemed to be a decent doctor but I was pretty upset at my third appointment when I was there to get test results and he did not see me until 1.5 hours after my appointment time. He also gave me info that my primary care and surgeon said was not true. Even after being 1.5 hours late he was in a rush to move on to the next patient.

After 4 days of water diarrhea Shah worked me in without an appointment. I had lost 6 pounds and wanted to know if I had a stomach virus or what - and if the 40 mg of omeprazol twice a day could be causing the diarrhea. He seemed agitated and told me to take the omeprazol as he instructed. - In his report he said I was not taking the omeprazol ??? where did that come from? He put me on a BRAT diet to stop the diarrhea and dismissed me. I am going back to my old GI doc for consultation.

After he performed a colonoscopy I had to be admitted to the hospital the next morning with a GI bleed. I was hospitalized for three days and was given a unit of blood. His attitude was cavalier and uncaring.
