Dismissive of wife during hospital stay. Did not transfer records from hospital to patient record. Did not inform staff of reason for 1 week follow up. Told me to get up in weak state to get my wife when appt started. Rude. Arrogant. Chided me for listing possible causes for pancreas event. Chided me for asking a follow up question during his explanation. Wouldn’t rule out any cause. Made me travel for 1 week follow up that could have been done remote.
My husband and I have used dr shah for years. He is great but service is horrible from staff. Can’t get prescriptions renew in timely matter. They don’t return calls. We will be looking for new doctor
Staff was excellent. Incredible doctor. Took his time and explained everything. Colonoscopy went so smoothly that I didn't know I even had it done. Had bunch of polyps taken out.
Office staff was incredible from registering to being seen by the doctor. The nurses went above and beyond. They were very professional. The Doctor took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I was able to choose the date of my procedure and instructions were explained in detail. Very professional and caring office. Did not feel rushed and all my questions were answered. I have referred my entire family to Dr Shah.
Dr Shah was very patient. He took his time to explain and called me back with my results. I refer all my friends and family to him. Great bedside manner.
GI bleed after colonoscopy put me in the hospital for 3 days. Was given blood. He dismissed my concerns with an arrogant and rude attitude.
I was very pleased with Dr Shah's bedside manner. He was very open and listened to my problems. He came up with solutions and minimized testing. I did not have to wait to see him.
Dr Shah is the awesome! I want to multiple other doctors who could not figure out what was wrong with me. He focused on my lifestyle changes. No unnecessary tests were performed. I highly recommend him!
Dr Shah and his office have done an exceptional job of taking care of my health. They are very prompt with virtual visits. He thoroughly explains the procedures and my diagnosis> he tries healthier living with diet and exercise. I have recommended my family to him
