Kind, informative staff. Efficient time management. They made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Dr. Shah was very thorough and took time to explain everything.
Truly caring about my care. Everyone was totally professional and caring.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Shah was extremely disappointing. I saw him postpartum with symptoms that I was very concerned were related to my gallbladder. I tried repeatedly to explain what I was experiencing, but I felt dismissed and unheard. Rather than properly addressing my concerns, he performed an upper endoscopy and ultimately told me that my symptoms were related to allergies. I was reassured that I was healthy and was referred to an allergist.I later learned that I actually had gallstones.What makes this e... read more
The doctor and his staff were very professional, informative about the procedure and made sure I was comfortable about the procedure before it even started. The process went smoothly and I was feeling great afterwards. No problems! Follow-up with Dr. Shah was informative and professional. Great bedside manner!

Dr. Shah is one of the BEST gastroenterologist there is!! His staff were all professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and answered all questions I had. He is very honest and doesn't hold back if he feels you are causing more harm to your body. I will forever be grateful for him and I will continue to see him as long as my insurance takes him.
Dr. Shah genuinely cares. We spoke about future health. That's very important to me.
