As always my needs were met with care
Dr Rao was highly professional and a very good listener. I have been her patient and I would recommend her any day. She guides you and prepares a treatment plan taking your situation into account. She is straightforward and has a no nonsense approach which I really like about Dr Rao. Her staff is also friendly.
Dr. Rao is a very good listener, compassionate and has a thorough approach to patient care. I feel she takes time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained complex medical information clearly. I thing I like about her is she developed a personalized treatment plan that effectively addressed my digestive issues. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking expert GI care.
I. Wanted to hear more about how the prescribed drug worked
I have been a patient of Dr Rao for almost 20 years. Excellent care! Attentive and caring. Staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
Extremely unprofessional, she had me do blood work and urine screen but the only way I found out I had a UT infection is when I went to pharmacy for a different prescription, that was two weeks after the fact. She is RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER PATIENTS WHICH SHE TREATS CATTLE. ALL SHE NEEDS IS A CATTLE PROD TO GET THEM OUT SOONER. THIS is just the tip of the iceberg. Don't waste your time on this QUACK.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor. Great “bedside” manner. I didn’t feel rushed during the appointment. Very responsive to my questions and concerns. Gave thorough and easy to understand answers and recommendations. Would highly recommend Dr. Shah.
