Dr. Rap is very personable. She really listened to me and addressed all of my concerns. The office staff was very friendly and put me at ease.
The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. She asked lots of helpful questions.
I am very satisfied with Dr. Rao. She handled my colonoscopy. I came late for it, and she graciously took me anyway. She is very professional. When I went for my follow-up appointment, she answered all my questions. She didn't rush. I would recommend her if you needed a doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rao's for years and I have to say that she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She NEVER rushes you through a visit. She listens to all your concerns and then caringly gives you her advice. I would recommend her to the world! Just love her! Her staff is friendly also.
I have been a patient for over six years. Dr.Rao is the best at what she does. Efficient, kind, always willing to answer questions all while providing hope and comfort. She has an excellent staff who help make getting labs or other testing done easily. I am so thankful to have found such a great practice. Our second vist with 94 yr old Mom. Dr. Shah was patient, compassionate, knowledgeable & believe it if I say, he knew to speak loud and slow in terms we could grasp. His tome with us was not rushed. We felt he truly cared!
Visit with Dr Shah was positive. He went over prescribed drugs from prior visits. Suggested modifications to prescriptions and described what might happen in future if my health continues to improve. Overall, a positive experience.
