A situation occurred during our appointment due to a lack of communication on the part of the office, but instead of accepting responsibility and trying to help, Dr. He proceeded to argue and accuse us of not doing our part. I was aghast at the rudeness and lack of empathy - especially for my elderly mother. You do not treat patients/paying clients with such disdain! I never want to go back there!
