I arrived at the facility at the prescribed time for my procedure. My wait time in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My procedure was done, and I was given the results. Dr. Williams was very friendly, professional, and concerned that I understood what he had told me.
Very good experience. Dr. Williams and his staff are friendly and caring. I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and was having some anxiety about my first endoscopy. I was reassured all would go well and that I was in good hands. Before I knew it, I was waking up and my hubby was with me. It was a very good experience and I definitely recommend Dr. Williams and his wonderful staff.
Dr. Williams, Andrea Mealor NP-C and the rest of the staff from the front office to the back are awesome. Not only are routine visits pleasant, outpatient procedures are exceptional. This isn’t a typical busy office in spite of a full patient load, there is truly a feeling everyone truly cares about each patient. Thankful my feet landed in this practice!
Dr. Williams is very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. I've had two colonoscopies and several other procedures under his care and have nothing negative to say. His staff is great, the facility is clean, communication is excellent. Highly recommend!
My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Williams and his staff. They are very professional, very friendly, very organized. After the procedure, Dr. Williams comes out to tell you what he found. He was so easy to understand. He has a great personality. We would highly recommend him.
I went in with an issue and had 2 procedures. He told me there was nothing wrong with me so I asked him what I was suppose to do. He handed me a prescription. I talked to some one in the office who said they would talk to him and call me back. That was over a month ago. I have a new gastro who is treating me. I felt like he is in it for the money only.
Everyone we interacted with during my procedure was friendly, patient and informative. They were very patient while dealing with my severe hearing handicap. There were no complications and the whole process worked smoothly.
