He’s good but the nurses were short and curt with me. Kept cutting me off when I would ask questions. I felt like I was a bother to them. They just wanted me out so they could get to next job.
Dr. Williams and ALL his staff were courteous, friendly, informative and professional.
I had my first screening colonoscopy with Dr. Williams. Absolutely fabulous experience for something that's not fun to get done. I was able to have it done on an early Saturday morning so I didn't have to miss any work. Staff were all very professional, and the process was very smooth. I would highly recommend!
From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, excellent care is provided by the entire team. Dr. Williams, Joe, Holly, Joy, Trevia, Todd and Tiarre strive to provide the excellent quality and efficient care. I was very impressed with all aspects of the practice and highly recommend this practice for any gastroenterology needs.
From the time I met Dr. Williams to the end of my procedures, I was impressed with the professionalism, genuine caring, and expert knowledge demonstrated by him and his whole staff. The outpatient facility was very clean. The process of getting checked in and readied for the procedures was well coordinated and timely. I liked receiving documentation of what was found, along with pictures of areas evaluated.
