Dr.Long did excellent job on my surgery and Office staff is always nice to me and very helpful to me. I was very nervous about my surgery he made me feel confident at ease. I would recommend everyone to him.
Dr. Long is a true professional and very talented surgeon. He has been nothing but gracious and kind to me and my family. I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Long and will not hesitate to return to him. Dr. Long and his staff are amazing! He is very informative and willing to answer any questions that you may have! He took a lot of time with me and I never felt rushed! I highly recommend Dr. Long!!!
Never met with a nutrionist even after informing the office on numerous occasions. Was told no follow up cost but at my 6 month check up that changed & now want $125 per visit (my orginial Dr is no longer with the practice) Never recieved any follo up blood work as other surgeons perform. Was told that my Dr. lied to me about numerous things they would not honor.
The hospital where the surgery is done at is okay but not great. My biggest issue with this doctor is that I was a self pay coming from Atlanta and he was never on time. I was always left waiting hours before he would even show up. Its okay maybe once but every time is ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone I know to him.
I had an appointment with Dr. Long yesterday. I was beyond pleased. Everyone that I had contact with was super nice. I highly recommend Dr. Long.
Dr Long was kind and patient with me. Other doctors would not see me since I had gastric bypass over ten years ago. He explained my surgery with risk and possible complications. I am now able to keep food down. Dr Long and his staff saved my life. Thank you!
