The office personnel were wonderful. All were very efficient and professional. Dr. Long and his PA were both awesome. Answered all my questions patiently and efficiently. It was a 5 star visit!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Long for my pre-op visit. He was very knowledgeable about the entire procedure. He also took adequate time in asking me questions in addition to asking me if I had any questions. I would recommend him to anyone.
On the day that I went in for my first visit Dr. Long was having just that, a long day. My appointment time came and went. The office staff was very friendly and were very nice. Once I got into a room the process moved along much faster. I met with Dr. Long's PA who was spectacular! She walked me through the process, game me information and asked if I had any questions. Absolutely the most arrogant doctor I have ever met. I felt very rushed to make decisions. I am self pay and it is a lot of money. I needed time to think about it. I just felt like he was more concerned about the money than of my health. His front staff did not seem very knowledgeable. He was super late and the staff was frustrated as well. The manager was super nice. She checked on patients regular to make sure we were informed. I didn't like the fact that he was so late and if I rescheduled, I lost my deposit
My initial visit with Dr Long was very informative and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions. After my appointment, I feel confident in my choice of Dr. Long as my surgeon.
Dr. Long made me feel very comfortable as he sat down and explain detail by detail on was to expect very good bed side manner
