Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? No, I never saw one

I do not normally write reviews like this, but I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Levin, filled out my paperwork ahead of time, and arrived on time for a 2:45 appointment. After waiting nearly an hour in the waiting room with no one providing a schedule status, I asked one of the ladies in reception whether this was common -- she was nice, but basically said, well, he does procedures in the middle of the day and he's running behind.
