They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Do not bring your child here. I have never had such a horrible experience with a physician. After an hour and half wait, this 'physician' came into the room without so much as an introduction or acknowledgment of me or my child only to sit down and read the patient file. Then without even examining my son, gave him a diagnosis and treatment plan without discussing anything. To say he was rude and condescending would be an understatement. No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained.
