As an Orthopedic Surgeon, my success is measured by how well I can improve or prevent decline of the function of my patients. Although I am a Surgeon, I believe that most orthopedic problems can be treated by nonsurgical measures such as orthotics, therapy, injections, medications, etc. My patients become surgical candidates when nonsurgical methods are failing and when the patient tells me that they are ready for surgery. Dr. Patterson (and EVERYONE on staff) exuded a professional, caring and thoughtful demeanor. The atmosphere was very upbeat and a sense of humor was evident, (which, in my case was vital!) Dr. Patterson listened carefully, was kind, gentle, and presented information in a clear, understanding manner. He took TIME to make me feel as if my condition was important to him, and I felt like a well-considered PART of the process. I'd give this experience ten stars if I could!!!!!

This was my 3 month follow up after bunion surgery. Dr Patterson knows his stuff and is very personable— a great combination not often found in doctors.
His office and his staff have always taken excellent care of me. I apologize for not noticing the stars last time, I was trying to make certain that I gave a review that would show how great they were. Usually I just say that I was happy with the care, but I was trying to express how great the care was every time I was there.
