DR PATTERSON IS VERY EFFICIENT AND DIAGNOSED MY ANKLE AS BROKEN ON A POST ER VISIT IN WHICH THE ER DOCTOR @ MERCY GILBERT DIAGNOSED MY CONDITION AS A BAD SPRAINED ANKLE. DR PATTERSON FOLLOWED THE NECESSARY PROCEDURES FOR HEALING OF MY BROKEN BONE.
He explained what to expect regarding treatment and possible future treatment.
Check-in was right away and very short wait to start appointment. Dr. Jackson was thorough and easy to understand—presented options.
Took the time to explain my situation and make a recommendation. Felt very comfortable with him and am moving forward with surgery.
Dr. Patterson clearly explained the issues noted on my foot x-rays and the options available for me going forward. Staff in all areas were very professional and courteous, making my entire appointment experience from beginning to end a delight.
The doctor was very understanding and explained my problem as well as reducing my pain with a cortisone shot. He also recommended footwear and exercises to reduce my discomfort.
Dr. Patterson was superb. Kind & thoughtful, knowledgeable & compassionate.
I needed immediate care after a fall from a ladder, and Dr. Patterson got me in right away. He was very professional, thorough, kind and compassionate. He explained the injury and made honest recommendations but left the ultimate decision up to me. He took time and asked often if I had any other questions. The recommended surgery went well and I am now on day 5 post-op. I cannot comment on the success of the surgery at this time, but I am extremely satisfied with him and his staff to this point
Dr. Patterson and I have a difference in opinion and I don't like how he spoke to me. He offered to give me toradol shots or cortisone shots. When I expressed my unwillingness, he said "If I gave you 5 options and you don't want any of them, what do you expect me to do?" (He didn't give me 5---he provided me with 3---MRI, shots, and purchasing special shoes). I agreed to get the MRI's done and I purchased the shoes.
