Hardly see Dr. Willerman when I am there. The office is too old, the staff is only OK in my opinion.
He did a good job. I like him. The check up was nice and convenient and the people were great. He seemed to know what he was doing. his office was well kept and the staff was really nice.
I visited for a chipped tooth and was told all of my crowns/fillings needed be replaced. Some were only about 5 years old. All of the replacements were uncomfortable and after repeated adjustments I gave up. Now, two years later, at least two of the fillings have cracked and two of the crowns are loose. A very bad choice!
I would NOT recommend this dentist. I even tried him twice, to give him a second chance. NEVER AGAIN. First, the place is dirty. Not something I like to see in a dental office. Second, the billing was shady. They tried to charge me for services not rendered. Check you bill and question EVERY thing! Third, he tried to inflate the bill by recommending unneeded procedures to the tune of almost $2000! After consulting another dentist, all I needed was around $200 worth of work. I went to Dr Willerman on a referral from a friend. The staff is friendly and the office is on time. He did my dental work. I had no problems with his work or office and would definately recommend him.
I would say that he has done a good job, I went to him a few years ago and have been going ever since. I have had no problems there, the staff is friendly, and the facilities are clean. I would reccomend him to anyone.
This dentist has been disciplined by the State of Illinois twice and still has not learned his lesson. Not to mention the office is quite disgusting and I would not recommend anyone to set foot in there. If you didn't research him before you went to him, I feel very sorry for you and I am in the same boat.
