Dr. Willerman and his staff were very nice. They also gave me a free floride treatment to ward off any oncoming cavities. The dental hygienist was extremely nice and thourough with my cleaning. It was very easy to schedule an appointment on short notice. I would definitely recommend them to my colleagues and friends.
Great service. I have been visiting this office and doctor since I moved to Chicago almost two years ago. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a new dentist.
i had a good time for someone who is afraid of dentist, the people are friendly ......and with my dental plan it's inexpensive... He tell you exactly whats going on no worries
I just recently have chosen Dr. Willerman as my dentist and is now looking for another dentist. I went in for a consultation to have bonding placed on two teeth after braces were removed. He stated he only does four teeth minimum and if I had good credit I would not have to worry about how expensive the bonding is. He was very aggressive in selling me the porcelain veneers which I had to tell him three times I could not afford to place 4-6 porcelaing veneers and pay up front. He seemed annoyed and unpleasant once I'd stated ... read more
The dentist seemed rushed and wanted to get to the next patient - he was only in my presence for 35 seconds to tell me how there was something up with one of my teeth that he would look at again in 6 months to see if he needed to follow up. There was no discussion of what I could do to make it better in the meantime or what the options were - I'm not very satisfied with him and won't be going back.
First time visit. Very disapointing. The cleaning I received was very poorly done. Hygenist did a terrible job. Missed several spots as I still have coffee stains on the back of my teeth. Hygenist didn't even bother to floss my teeth as part of the cleaning. Doctor Willerman came in, looked at my x-rays and started selling me on replacing fillings without even examining my mouth. When he finally examined my mouth, he spent about 6-7 seconds and didn't even bother to double check the hygenist's work. Pretty much a get you in.... read more
Had crown done on two teeth last year. Extremely painful- couldn't eat for two months properly. Additionally, my bite is now off. Seems like he searches for specific treatments not covered by insurance to make more money.
I have never been so disappointed in a dentist in my life. After the first appointment, Dr Willerman insisted that most of my rear teeth needed to be drilled out and replaced with crowns. Even with an HMO plan, I was charged over $4,000 out of pocket of dental work. Six months later, I am in more pain that I was at my first appointment. I've even lost 20 pounds because I cannot eat solid foods.
Older office, but nice dentist, friendly staff, seemed competent.
