Excellent Physicians and top level customer service.
Dr. Ryan was awesome. Great job on my hip replacement. Loved the staff. Very promptly answered my calls, and being a nurse I'm NOT easy to please.
They only want the high percentage problems that are easily fixed. I was on crutches and told by other doctors just how bad my knee was. They would not replace it. I went to another group and after seeing how much pain I was in they scheduled a replacement within two weeks. Now I'm on the road to recovery where if I'd stayed with Andrews I would still be in pain, and still be on crutches.
We have been treated very well here. Even though it’s a large practice and they do a staggering number of surgeries, we were given plenty of time from the doctors and nurses.
