Let me start off by saying Dr Rowland is fantastic. He done emergency surgery on my sister on July 3rd. He said his office would reach out to schedule her post op appointment to be seen a week post op. No one has reached out yet and it’s been over 2 weeks. We have called multiple times (last week and this week) and keep getting the run around. They said they have no appointments available until the 29th. Dr. Rowland & Dr. Jonson are both AMAZING! They have the best bedside manner and the staff are great too. I absolutely LOVE Megan, she’s an amazing person.I will never see another OB, he’s hands down the best!! 10000000/10 recommend, they’re so caring and so happy all the time :)
I have literally been trying to make an appointment all day. Absolutely NO ONE is answering the calls and the only one that did immediately put me on hold without allowing me to say a word and it disconnected me. I finally tried another location to make an appointment and the lady put me on hold after I told her my issues , I was on hold for 15 mins when it rang again and then said the mailbox was full and disconnected me.
