My mom has been a patient of Dr. Wong for 10 to 15 years. Her face was swelled up and couldn't even see over the weekend. We went to the ER on Saturday then we tied to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wong on Monday. The receptionist kept telling us that they were fully booked and couldn't see her until next week. She was arguing with us on what is a medical emergency saturation. I just wish that when she is in a medical emergency saturation which will be soon or later, her doctor will tell her to wait until next week.
over charged for pantience, eventhough I have insurance . I had been over charged truple time of fee every time I visited.
Dr. Wong, and his practice, is professional, and he is an excellent doctor for my needs. I did have my reservations as a white guy, going to an asian practice with only asian staff and mostly asian clientele. I was worried there would be a mismatch in language or culture, perhaps. Turns out I'm just a racist. Love having Dr. Wong as my physician!
Horrible experience, terrible attitude, no patience at all, doesn't listen to patients about their concerns. Did unnecessary weight and height check-up every visit. Would never recommend to anyone.
Never listens to my lungs or heart beat.
