I've been with this practice since 2005. I have intrathecal pump and SCS device for sciatic pain. Can't give comments on NP in practice. I'm on 8th NP since 2015. But Dr Ball is excellent if u can see him personally for treatment.

Dr Ball is caring and listens well. He explains things and wants to help. I'm so glad I found him and he understands CRPS!

While recovering from surgery, I was a patient of Dr. Ball's. He is very attentive, and takes the time to make sure his patients understand exactly what he is saying, and how he came to the decision for treatment. I cannot take codeine or opiates of any kind without getting violently ill. He worked around this by using a completely different approach. I am convinced he cut my recovery time to a third of what was predicted. He really keeps on top of new and developing treatment for chronic pain!

I was impressed with the way the NP took the time to explain everything. I was extremely disappointed that I was dismissed for reasons that Is a grave error. That had they taken the time to review all the numerous medications this could have been resolved. My health problems scares me and, this experience have been very stressful it make you just want to give up. I do not care about the dismissal as much as the stain this put on my character. I relocated here for warmer climate only for this clinic to take me to a very dark ... read more

I was just dismissed from this practice for a No Show/Cancellation when I cancelled as soon as I received the automated call from the office. I was notified of the appointment via robo call on Wednesday of my appointment on Thursday. My daughter that is 4 years old had been sick for a few days and had gotten worse that morning. Out an abundance of caution and following the offices COVID protocols I rescheduled a month later. We had just been out of town a week prior so I was unsure if this was just a cold or something else. ... read more

Dr.Ball began my pain management in the year 2000. He has over the years treated me with several different procedures and medications. In the twenty-two years my condition has grown, but at each step of the way he has stepped in and helped. Of course I would prefer to be seen by him verses a NP, but I understand he is only human and can only be spread so thin. A wonderful addition to his practice is Dr.Arion Smalley, he too is very thorough, kind and really listens to his patients. I wish it were possible that all of the NP'... read more

Dr. Ball has been treating my pain from 6 years of Lymphoma cancer treatments. Because of his knowledge and abilities, he is able to keep me from having to live a life on Fentanyl and Morphine through this nerve burnings and freezing procedures. They are amazing and I have not felt this good in 15 years of dealing with constant intense pain. I can't imagine still living as a shell of my existence on those drugs. They are bandaids, yet he has long term relief and I am so very grateful for him and his staff. They are always ki... read more

From the front office to the back and lab employees in between. I was treated with kindness. There is such a big stigmatism with chronic pain and pain management, it normally always causes us to feel guilty or ashamed that we have chronic pain and need help. I’ve seen about 15 different doctors, specialist, surgeons.. etc. in the last 4 years , I’ve had several different surgeries, painful test and procedures, gone through so many different medications and had to deal with their side effects. My life has been totally shatter... read more
