Dr Shapiro is very kind and will listen to you with all his heart, and then will explain to you in detail what is wrong with you and explain his procedure step by step until you understand what he is going to do and why he is doing it that way. He does not rush you through your appointment he will sit there until everything is said and understood
He is caring, smart, and explains everything in simple understandable terms. He listens and gave me all the time I needed. Most of all he has a great sense of humor and is compassionate. I'll send all my family and friends to him for sure. He's the BEST!
Great experience. To the point and helped me much
I was traveling through and in the ER at 7:00 p.m. and he saw me at 10:30 the next am for a cast. He was so kind, accommodating and thorough in my exam and in explaining my options. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted a skilled dr. with excellent bedside manner.
Very through, caring, and there when you need him.
Very nice man. good bedside manner, I would see him again. difficult to obtain meds prescribed. not available in USA
I brought my best friend to Dr. Shapiro after an evening ER x-ray revealed a broken bone in her hand, the result of a fall hiking. Because we were passing through the area, he made time for her early the next day. His thoughtful and gentle care, attention to detail as he explained treatment options , and easygoing manner helped make this unexpected vacation injury easier to manage. To say that both Dr. Shapiro and his helpful staff were a blessing is an understatement.
I have a right knee that needs some help, Dr. Shipiro help me get the right cure.
After 100+ days of skiing, my knees were feeling the strain of all that fun. I had Dr. Shapiro do PRP shots in each knee April 19. PRP isn't one of those instant pain relief cures. It can take a month or more before you realize nothing is hurting anymore. That is where I am now. Both knees are so great; no more discomfort climbing stairs, hiking or running. I believe the body has an amazing capacity to heal itself, but it often needs the help of someone with Dr. Shapiro's expertise to help it.
