I had one of the best experiences ever with Dr. Shapiro. I was able to get an appointment the next day. He is very personable and not at all aloof. Best bedside manner ever. He listens very closely and explained the diagnosis of my rotator cuff damage very well. He spent as much time with me as l needed. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Shapiro made time to see me on a Saturday, x-rayed my foot, diagnosed the injury, and prescribed treatment and medication for the condition. He relieved my anxiety about my injury. It was a very positive experience.
