They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

All of the dental recommendations Dr. Kan has suggested to me have proven to be beneficial for my oral health I trust his knowledge to be current and value his opinion. I have confidence in his explanations of my treatment plans.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Dr. Kan is compassionate and gentle, but more than his chairside manner is his artistic and technical skill. His ability to mold a tooth so that it becomes a part of me is wonderful. I appreciate his sensibility to the nuances of a perfect fit.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Dr. Glen Kan, DDS has been our dentist for at least 10 years and has kept our teeth in very good shape.. He is a highly skilled professional and a very prudent and caring one. He gives good advice about how to avoid problems, but does not push us to do anything which is not necessary. He has done crowns for both of us over the years and they have been very comfortable and trouble-free. He accepts us as patients under a Concordia insurance plan. We highly recommend him.

Dr. Kan offers very good advice and his treatments are as pain free as any dental treatment can be. I highly recommend Dr. Kan.
