This was my third visit to Dr. Kan's office. When I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment, the receptionist said my appointment was not recorded in her book. Nevertheless, she admitted that my appointment was due at this time. She was rude, did not apologize until challenged to, and still has never followed up, despite my leaving two messages in the month since this happened. It is extremely frustrating to have my sick time-off from work wasted in this way.

Dr Kan has been my dentist for over 25 years and he has always been excellent! He is very attentive to my needs and is always willing to discuss options. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Kan is a congenial and caring dentist. I believe he has the softest hands in the business. He is thoughtful about treatments. He is careful and considerate with your mouth and is always concerned about your well being. I wish all my doctors cared that much. He is very thorough during my appointments. His main assistant, Mira, is awesome too. As a team, they work well together. I am very happy with the work he has done on my teeth.

I am overdue in expressing my satisfaction with Dr. Kan’s care and my appreciation for the attentiveness and courtesy of the office staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Kan’s for a number of years and currently travel from Delaware as I cannot locate anyone with equivalent expertise that will take new patients. Thank you, Dr. Kan and staff, for the care you have provided me over these many years.

I've been seeing Dr. Kan for many years and have always been satisfied. He is conscientious and thorough. He explains things well and I've never had to wait for more than a minute or two to see him. His receptionist is very friendly and competent. She has been there for many years. Dr. Kan has always been polite and clear in everything he does for me. I have no reason to look elsewhere.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kan's for over 20 years. Even though I now live in WV, I drive 75 miles (each way) for my dental appointments. Dr. Kan does excellent work, and his technical knowledge, facilities and equipment are the best I have seen. Dr. Kan is also very skillful with a needle and I rarely feel any pain while he is administering novacain. Similarly, he has never caused me pain while drilling. I highly recommend him.

I got my regular cleaning this morning from Dr. Kan and have been getting dental care from him for about 20 years. He is an excellent dentist, very meticulous and very skilled. His explanations for any procedures beyond the usual are always clear and intelligent, and he treats his patients with respect. I should also mention that his assistant is both pleasant and quite competent.

Horrible, has random charges all the time. First 5 dollars per appt. After Covid 30 dollars per appointment, apparently now for fluoride which they claim is optional but they don’t give you an option, he just does it. He heard me arguing the charges and never came to show face. The man is suspect and barely speaks. Good luck, who knows what he is charging now for what is suppose to be 2 free cleaning a year.

There is a mandatory $54 surcharge attached to all cleanings for "dental hygiene instruction." This guy literally tacks on an extra $54 for a mandatory lecture on how to brush your teeth. It took all my willpower to hold off from telling the receptionist where the dentist could go stick his drill. Avoid this guy...don't reward this kind of scamming.
