Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

No, they were very calm and understanding Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Dr. Kan is a wonderful dentist. He is very professional, pleasant and performs thorough examinations. I feel fortunate to have him as my dentist.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

All of the dental recommendations Dr. Kan has suggested to me have proven to be beneficial for my oral health I trust his knowledge to be current and value his opinion. I have confidence in his explanations of my treatment plans.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
