Original plan didn’t include changing the vanity, but once demolition started, there was mold underneath. Team caught it early and swapped in a prefab unit without a huge delay. Not cheap, but better than dealing with it later. Result looks much more modern than what was there before.
New layout fits so much better. Toilet moved just enough to give the sink space. Didn’t realize how tight it was before. Mirror cabinet lines up with the new lights, and outlets were placed just right—small things, but it feels like a real upgrade.
