This was my third time at the doctors office. His staff in the front is extremely rude and have no business working in a pediatric setting as they are extremely rude to children. Waited 5 hours today with a 4 year old and when we finally saw the doctor we were interrupted three times. Once with someone bringing him coffee, another with someone wanting a signature from him and then a last time by him taking a personal call on his cell phone. Worst customer service ever. All except dr were rude, appt takes a long time, even to give u followup appt it takes a looong time. And to top it off u CAN'T have snacks ir food inside building even if they take long time, but we can be outside in the sun to eat..
It's my 3 time coming and they take a long time.. Was here at 1 and its 5 already and still haven't been called the office closes at 5,don't know why they make appts
