Let's be honest. No one likes to wait..for anything. With that being established my rating has nothing to do with wait time. From my understanding most neurology offices have this issue. What I can say is that once you are able to be seen by Doc himself you will have his attention. He will answer all questions so be ready with them. He will listen and he is empathetic. Why bother with appointments if your not called in until another 3 hours later? Horrible wait time, expect to be here all day. The wait time is even ridiculous while waiting to schedule next appointment. When youfinally see the doctor she is too busy to actually discuss anything. I asked doctor a question and she couldn't be bothered to look at me to discuss it. Just said she didnt know and kept on typing. Why call them appointments if they take all Dam Day too call you . Been here since 12 my son had an appointment at 12:15 for some Test results. Common sense says for something as simple as that you can call people there for results and get them in and out . Not have them wait 2 hours for some test results that were taking two weeks ago.
They take all damn day there be ready to wait and least 7 hrs before you get called to see the dr.. we checked in at 9:45am and didn't get out till 4:45pm was there all day staff is rude and so is the dr �
For years we were looking for someone to help us with our daughter....final we have found an amazing doctor ...one that cares for his patients....hoping for the best.....
