This has to be the worst experience I’ve had with office personnel. Poor management, poor people skills and zero patient care. If you schedule some one at a certain time they should not have to wait 3 to 5 hours later to be seen. It’s not difficult to schedule patients so they could be seen in a timely manner 3 to 5 hours is simply unacceptable. Worst experience ever at a doctors office. The staff is unorganized and unprofessional.
my appt was at 11am. its 3pm and I barely saw this dr. rude. told me he wasn't going to give my son ibuprofen that I should manage his severe headaches with avoiding certain foods. then he ordered labs I asked what kind and said IF YOU DONT WANT HIM TO TAKE THEM WELL THEN HE WONT . he asked If I had migraines because I had a migraine attitude. staff was in a hurry...the reason why people wait so long is because this dr is ignorantly slow. it took him more than 45 minutes to insult and give me ibuprofen. it's amazing how this... read more
Just to pick up a prescription almost 2 hours wait.. poor management, when you call the office they make you wait because they are always busy (making people wait) and when you Have an appointment for a follow up get ready to be there more then 3 hours no food or drinks allowed.. I will change Doctors hate this place. They don’t care about their patients.
