Worst Doctors office I’ve ever been too staff is rude unprofessional unsympathetic waiting room crowded and dirty waited for 4 hours and walked out doctor doesn’t care about the patients because if he did he’d run his office with more respect for the patients I’m glad I walked out
This is the tragedy for our surrounding communities. This Dr. Should retire. Horrible experiences for my 12 year old. Dr. made assumptions about my son without even talking to him. The PA was great and very respectful towards us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR… but we are left without options. I hate that I have to go back but I do it for the health of my son. I made sure that we would never see his face again. Oh and be prepared to wait 4 hours to be seen. That is how badly organized this office is.
RecommendedBest doctors and staff. Have 11 years coming to this office and they always receive us with a warm greeting and a 😊 smile. Yes, there is day that there is a long wait, but what specialists office is not like that. Just got to learn to be patient. Or talk the the lovely ladies in front so you can step out and they will call you when they are ready for you.
Not sure what the point of setting an appointment with these people is. They have you wait for several hours and don't provide an update, they completely forgot about the patient. When you ask for an update they act dumbfounded as if you hadn't been sitting in front of them for hours. I'm not even sure if the doctor is up to par because we exhausted ourselves before even getting to him. Had another appointment. muy mal servicio .sus recepcionistas enojadas y groseras..como ke vienes a pedir limosna o caridad...siendo ke de los pacientes viven😡😡😡😡😡me cambiare de dr..pues si asi son ellas 🤔ke tal sera el dr?...primera vez k venimos y ultima..no lo recomiendo
A despicable place to be. The front receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. They don't wear masks indicating they do not care and have no safe protocols during this pandemic. A negative PLUS I was denied a restroom facility even though my son is a patient there. . not even to change his diaper was I allowed. Very clear the kind of people they are and the practice they run. Very Sad 👎🏼
Horrible place. Receptionist are very rude and unprofessional. They don't wear mask nor implement safety majors during the pandemic. A liability. Clearly they do not care at all about their business and definitely about the patients. A plus, I was denied to go to the restroom even though I was a client. I wasn't allowed to change my son's diaper all the time I was there. Was told only for staff, patients have to go before or after appointment.
