Overall my experience has been amazing with Dr. Sharara. My time with him was long, but we did succeed with his help and the help of his dedicated staff. He tells it how it is – which can be hard at times, but it made me stronger. The entire team is knowledgeable and kind. If you have questions they do their best to answer. Best Doctor I have been to. Very straight forward and knowledgeable. I would encourage anyone dealing with fertility issues to go to Dr Sharara. He has vast knowledge and will work on different protocols till it works.
I am not sure where to even begin to describe Dr. Sharara. Excellent doctor, very knowledgeable and straight forward with his approach. He will not waste your time or money and is very sensitive to your situation. He does not treat you like a number like the other larger centers do in the area. I was highly impressed with his skills and his nurses. He is VERY punctual and considerate of your time. They are very supportive. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Sharara is truly a god send. I have been coping with infertility for years. I was a patient at Shady Grove Fertiity Clinic, where I was told the only chance I would have for a child is to seek out donor eggs. I'm a healthy 33 year old woman. Dr. Sharara ran a battery of tests including one surgery. He told my husband and I we could never get pregnant. Clomid was not an option, nothing outside of IVF. I was heartbroken for months. I was told my Fallopian tubes were badly damaged, beyond repair. I thefore dived a second opinion, who found nothing wrong with my Fallopian tubes. Dr. Sharara helped me have my first baby girl. He gave excellent care and showed great compassion for what I was going through, I would recommend him to anyone who is having issues getting pregnant.
After 6 months of TTC on our own, we went to see Dr. Sharara. I was 36 and my husband 35 and knew we needed help. He was recommended to me by a mutual friend and it was a godsend. I found that he and his staff were extremely compassionate with our struggle with infertility and truly wanted to help us. Dr. Sharara is a rather good doctor, and we would recommend him to some degree, but with reservations. We felt comfortable with his charm & warmth at first, and did have successful results, as per his good stats. Some staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, however, some TOTALLY the opposite! You will find that if you have to deal with everyone at one point (which we did). So upset with the time I wasted w/ Dr. Sharara. He's too agressive, doesn't want to listen and is very dismissive. He diagnosed me at my first consultation saying I eat too many carbs and that's why I'm not getting pregnant? I'm 5'5, 130 lbs, workout regulary and have a 3 year old daughter. Then he says I'm lactating and puts me on horrible medication that 8 months later turns out I never needed?
