Appointment with the provider was 5 minutes or less. I was referred by my primary physician after an ultrasound with some concern results. Dr. Vapnek did not take a seat was standing entire 3 minutes with his phone in hand. This Appointment took me about 2 months to get and I didn't feel seen.heard. and Felt rushed.
I had my stent removed by Dr. Vapnek and he had great bedside manners made me feel comfortable and was very efficient and quick in getting the stent removed with very little pain. It happened very fast wasn’t worth all the worries I had prior to the procedure. Thanks Doc!!
Everything as expected
The office personal checked me in right away. I was taken to see the Dr. at my appointment time. The nurse who did the ultrasound sound was good as well.
Dr. Vapnek took the time to answer all my questions and concerns before my surgery. He also was very patient and kind for my outpatient procedure. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and I’m grateful he is the urologist I got.

Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Got into my appointment on time. The procedure had been clearly explained and Dr. V also took time to first ask how I was which I feel is important to establish a connection. He was also very caring to ensure I was aware of what he was doing.After the procedure he took the appropriate time to explain.
this was my annual visit to my urologist, Dr. Vapnek. The staff was very friendly and got me checked in right away. dr. Vapnek is very personable and asked how I was doing and answered all my questions.
