Very happy with Dr. Erik Chotiner - Very patient and kind and willing to answer questions and concerns.
Dr. Erik Chotiner is very professional and has the advanced knowledge to provide the most up to date treatment. He is a skilled surgeon and I am extremely pleased with my outcome.
The speculum/suction ring was the worst part. Surgery is easy. First three hours after arriving back home were a little uncomfortable but then I was able to sleep the next two. When I woke up I could see great. Vision the next morning at my one day post operative appointment was 20/20 both eyes!!! Thank you to Dr. Chotiner and all staff.
The actual surgery was as described to me by the two members of my family who both had cataract surgery by Dr. Chotiner. Pain free, completed quickly, one does not actually see the instruments being used during the procedure - just some small lights but the feeling of safety and care. I would recommend Dr. Erik Chotiner to family and friends.
Cannot say enough positive statements about my experience. My friends who highly recommended Dr. Erik Chotiner were completely accurate. From the time I arrived and throughout the procedure, I knew I was in great hands. After the first eye was done I was ready for the next.
