I was so impressed by all the doctors. They treated me with the utmost courtesy as well as the nurses.
I would not trust my eyes to any other practice. You calmed my fears. Years ago you worked on my mothers eyes and you were great then and you are even better now. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much.
Very good experience. Will have my second cataract surgery done in a couple of weeks as everything went well with the first. Everyone was pleasant and explained everything.
This office is so well run. There is very little wait time. Everyone is personable, helpful, and friendly. I was impressed with the amount of time and testing of Dr. Chotiner and his peers.
The procedure was quick, painless and effective. Vision in corrected eye is now 20/20. I would recommend Memorial Eye to friends if they are in need of cataract removal.
I am impressed with the care and concern of the doctor and staff. As a younger person who needed cataract surgery after a retinal detachment, I was a nervous patient. Dr. Chotiner answered my questions with courtesy and warmth when I called after hours. The center treats patients as special people, and that is rare.
My left cataract procedure went smoothly. I felt a little pressure on the eyeball during the procedure, but no discomfort. With the new lens, colors are brighter and more vibrant.
Doctors were very professional in explaining the procedures and what I was to expect after the surgery. The staff was good at explaining everything I needed to do before and after my surgery.
I found the doctor and staff to be professional, courteous, and friendly. I was put perfectly at ease during the entire procedure.
