This was my son's first visit to the dentist(2 year old), and even though he had to have his teeth cleaned and cryed the entire time everyone was very patient and even gave us the option to come back at another time. We powered through it and at the end he got a balloon and all was good again.

This was my son's first visit to the dentist and he was extremely nervous. The staff were all very friendly, informative and made us feel comfortable. The office itself is open and clean. They have TV's playing movies at each station. They also provide iPads if requested. I had an insurance question and they called me with answers the same day ( actually, with in an hour or so) which I find to be exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Ellen Im for all your pediatric dental needs.

Dr. Ellen is great with kids! My sons who are 4 and 1 have both had positive experiences and don't have a problem with going to the dentist. The entire team is great with kids and make sure that the kids are comfortable during everything. My 4 year old just had cavities filled and Dr. Ellen kept him calm the entire time and worked very fast so that he wouldn't have to stay in the chair for too long. At the end of it he didn't know anything "bad" had happened. He was left with a curiosity on his numb mouth and the excitement that he would get a token for a toy. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ellen and her team.
