Quick check in for my appointment. X-ray and follow up with Dr. Middlebrook was efficient and have a game plan in place.

Dr. Middlebrooks explained my back issues with me thoroughly and answered all my questions. We came up with a plan of action to correct my lower back problems and I agree with his recommendation. I would highly recommend him to anyone who ask about him. He got right to the heart of my problem and recommended that I have miminally invasive surgery to correct my back issues.

Dr Middlebrooks and his PA examined my knee, which has had chronic pain for a couple of months. They took x-rays and identified that structurally the spacings were normal. Took me through series of movements- which caused little pain. The bottom line, they recommended anti- inflammatory and physical therapy. I have seen Dr Middlebrooks through the years for neck and back pain. He has always been honest and waited until I needed back surgery instead of just doing it. He was very thorough about what he was going to do and answered my questions. Great recovery. Fixed my issues.

I had a deteriorated disc in lower back; the bone had shifted and was impinging on a nerve which caused me to literally not be able to sit! After 2 epidurals which did nothing, it was suggested surgery was the next option! It was successful and I got my life back! Thank you Dr. Middlebrooks!!!

Recurring disc issues. (Osteoarthritis/Stenosis). 2 surgeries 10 years ago, feared another would be necessary. Dr. Middlebrooks reviewed MRI and suggested epidural steroid injections instead. Have had one and one more scheduled soon. Hopefully they will help, but at least he wasn't anxious to rush into the OR before trying non-invasive approach first. I'm very confident in his ability and professional judgment.
