Wonderful staff..honest, helpful and can do miracles with some of my son's glasses that have been broken in the past. Highly recommended by the Urban family..been seeing my family for about 5 yrs now and I don't plan on changing that �
Dr. Kacie Monroe and Paige were amazing yesterday and assisted me in getting new contacts on Sunday. I went camping, glasses broke and then the next day contract ripped. Being a state away and on Sunday caused a little hiccup in getting new contacts but luckily these two wonderful ladies where very willing to help me and willing to take time out of their busy schedules to help and even had to resend my prescription slip twice to accommodate the limited contract brand selection at the local Walmart optical center. I have been a patient at this office for 12 years. I've had only positive experiences. Just this week my sons glasses were broke and we were able to get in the next day. He had an exam and glasses ordered. Doctor Fitzgerald goes above and beyond for all patients, as do the other eye doctors. Everyone is friendly and takes their time with the patients. Several of my family members are seen at the office and I refer people there all the time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not to mention your extensive selection of frames and willingness to help my son and I decide on the ones that best compliment our features. I was told I had pink eye by my family doctor after 48hrs my symptoms got so bad I was sent to the hospital. After a CT scan, I was sent home with different drugs and yet again told I had pink eye. This morning I went in to see Dr. Fitzgerald. This was because she gave me her cell phone number called me while I was at the hospital, followed up and followed through with the CORRECT diagnosis of a extremely bad allergic reaction to my "new" make up remover.
