Great service, friendly folks, only complaint is having to wait till Monday to get my new glasses!! I totally understand but would like to see clearly again... lol.
We finally found an eye doctor that works well with Sebastian! He was so well behaved today, which is amazing! We got the entire exam done in 45 minutes (usually it takes twice as long) and Sebastian starts vision therapy in two weeks � I was brought almost to tears when I saw Dr. Monroe engaging with Sebastian's questions instead of shushing him and getting impatient. Dr Fitzgerald is an awesome person & dr. Everyone in the office is friendly & very helpful.
I was almost ready to find a new eye health physican until today! My past experience included a really long wait time and the feeling that I was at a "big box" facility that didn't care about their patients. The nose pad broke off my glasses last night. When I went into Dr Fitzgerald's office today the first thing they did was tell me that my 1 year warranty had expired.
