DR. Maran is very personable and friendly. He has a good memory for faces and remembers me even though I see him once a year. I believe he is liked for everyone he sees as a patient. I would recommend him highly.
Excellent visit. Explained options in great detail. Wonderful listener, very caring, very knowledgeable and gave me the optimism I needed to continue my treatment plan.

After my surgery, he refused to take accountability for new symptoms I developed. He basically told me “I don’t know why you’re only having these symptoms now, but it isn’t because of anything I did. You can try physical therapy.” He then said I actually had a slight structural difference in my surgery site that “a lot of women have” and said that is what was causing my new symptoms (a difference unrelated to the surgery). I have been seen by Dr. Patel-Donnelly for over ten years. She has an outstanding patient-practitioner rapport. She is knowledgeable about my condition and on my periodic visits keeps me updated and what to be on the lookout for.
She took the time to know my concerns. Very knowledgeable about subject matter.
Dr. A has been the most empathetic, knowledgeable and open doctor I’ve experienced on my cancer journey. He is very humble and willing to impart his knowledge and look into things I’ve asked to know more about. He respects my views and values, and is willing to consider my integrative requests.
