I was visiting due to a recent stroke. Dr. Sampan reviewed my treatment, health, and the reasons for bloodwork. He was easy to understand, through, and answered all questions. I was very happy with my visit.
I was referred by one of my specialists with a written referral providing specific details as to exactly why I was referred for this visit. Dr. Chong lacked any knowledge of my past medical conditions despite myself thoroughly completing the new patient paperwork; he even had my age at the time of the appointment incorrect (which was listed within the new patient paperwork). She focuses her attention on the patient the entire time during the appointment. She thoroughly explains the lab results then prompts to be sure I have understood. She has a positive attitude, and she generously shares her optimism with the patient.
