Most comfortable physician visit in my life. Very clean office in a prime quite location in Atlanta Ga. Very pleasant and efficient staff; minimal waiting time( actually just on time). I traveled across to see Dr. Berghoff b/c I was suffering (literally) from rosacea & other issues on my face Medications from other doctors made me suffer for 3 years. Dr P has performed some successful basal cell cancer surgery on me in the past and does a fantastic job of assessing any risks to my skin. He doesn’t try to zap every irregularity on my skin like some previous dermatologists I used to visit - explaining that some of those lesions are normal. I hope he never retires!

Dr. Niren was very sweet, kind and professional. She was very knowledgeable about exczema and provided me with excellent quality care. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for/needs a dermatologist in the Alpharetta area.

On 05/18/22, Dr. Niren conducted my periodic full body exam to check for anything which looked suspicious. She was extremely thorough with the examination. And I appreciated her professionalism and the suggestions she offered to me about caring for my skin. Plus. She has an extremely good examination chair-side manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Niren for anyone’s dermatological needs.
Dr Niren has treated both my kids when they were teenagers(both now in 40's). More recently myself about moles and skin growth. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant personality! Highly recommend to anyone needing dermatology services!
