We were transferred over from another hospital and I guess protocol was not followed properly. So she was very rude. Spent the first 2 hours after transfer complaining about it on the phone in the hallway where we could hear every word, before even talking to us. Then she came in and was rude to my wife and I, as she told us what was going to happen.
