Horrible!!! Their customer service is extremely poor. I arrived at 9am with my kids sick, with no appointment, because obviously I can't plan when they going to be sick, they told me that they will see if they can put them in the list for the doctor to see. One hour later, they told me that they didn't have the space for the kids due to the day was totally full. I told the lady at front desk that I want to talk with the doctor anyway, because it was unacceptable that they have us waiting for an hour there, then they told me ... read more
