PHYSICAN ASST. COSANDRA / DR. MURRAY OFFICE Cosandra (Physican Assistant) is RUDE, and uneducated in identifying illnesses and MISDIAGNOSED me!! Has NO CLUE what she is talking about, (after scheduled to see a DOCTOR not an assistant in Oct /2010). Apparently im not the only reviewer that experienced that. It appears they dont tell you during scheduling that you will be seeingvthe "nurse practioner". She didn't conduct thorough examination, just looked at condition and "assumed" she knew what it was! You won't see Dr. Murray I feel the need to write this review to express my frustration. I called and scheduled an Appointment to see Dr. Murray. I was promptly given an appointment the following week. On arrival, I was taken to an exam room. A medical assistant came into the room to get a brief history. Then the bait and switch. A very nice nurse practitioner came into the room to examine me. I was told that she was the one who would be seeing me, not Dr. Murray. I went ahead with the exam, but will not return. great dermatologist! Dr. Murray is by far the best dermatologist that I can refer you to. He is very nice, athletic, charming, and caring. On top of that, he knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend him to anyone needing a dermatologist!!!!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They charge copays when there are none do!! They don't let you see everything in your childs record!!!!! So beware!!!!!! you might not have to pay copayments but they will charge you them!!!! I am a single dad rising my daughter and because exwife took my daughter to first vist- AND my name and insurance info all over paper work they still said i can't see it, and charge copays they aren't intitled to sounds like FRAUD!!!!! LPN I know by experience Dr Murray is a great dermatologist. I have assisted him with patients, and he makes every individual patient feel comfortable. He is very professional and is a genuinely great person. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
Hat off to Dr. Murray I've been to Dr. Murray on several occasions and have always found him and his office assistants very caring. They take the time to talk to you and explain any procedure they plan to perform.
Dermatologist with experience Having to see a dermatologist for cancer is never fun, but this center helps get you through it with the least amount of fright possible. The Doctor, himself, is not a "chatty" person, but obviously knows what to do, how to do it, and gets it taken care of quickly. I'm glad I got to see him and went as soon as there was trouble to clear it up before it became anything more serious.
