Office staff extremely rude and what an insurance scam. Wanted to schedule two four hour visits for two spots together so they can bill me and insurance company for two surgeries. I told them I'd take my business elsewhere. Would never go there or refer anyone there.
I have recommended Dr. Lane to both friends and family. As a fair skinned redhead who lived in Florida for many years, I see a dermatologist several times a year. Dr. Lane has removed two basil cell carcinomas from my face with Mohr's surgery and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results! Dr. Lane is a very competent, kind and compassionate Doctor and I am so glad his practice is close enough that I can go to him. Office staff is OK but his clinical staff are excellent !
I never got the chance to actually meet Dr. Lane. My experience was solely with his staff. I was referred to him for a MOHS procedure by my dermatologist. My first discussion with his staff was by phone to discuss my appointment. The dialogue was abrupt and a bit rude, but I brushed it off because everyone has a bad day - but I did tell my wife about how rude I thought it was.
