Dr. Lane has performed two MOHS procedures on me in the last two years. He is very skillful, and from what I have experienced, he is a perfectionist. He is meticulous and takes the time to explain what he is doing, and why he is doing it. He goes the extra mile to minimize my discomfort and make the stitches as inconspicuous as possible. His nurses, Erin and Meredith are excellent too. The all work very well together to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Strongly recommend!
Completed MOLS surgery on ear in less than 2 hours vs 5 hours at Novant downtown previously. Dr Lane is a good communicator and very thorough in his work. Also, his staff is very efficient. Highly recommend them.
My husband had cancer removed from his nose. Dr. Lane was very meticulous with the stitches. After a couple of weeks, no signs of the twenty-one stitches. Excellent!
I’ve been under Dr. Lane’s care for many years now. Of course he’s a wonderful surgeon, but he also takes special care as his patient. I have sun damage on my face and what I have to get done is not pleasant. His expertise and the care he gives always makes me comfortable. I don’t have to worry what’s next for he explains every procedure, so I understand. I highly recommend Dr. Lane and am grateful he is my doctor!
I had removal of a basal cell from above my lip at the office of Dr. Lane. While it was a very extensive and invasive procedure that took many hours, I was very pleased with the treatment from everyone on staff before, during and after my surgery. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. I never felt like I was a bother, even though I called several times in the days after my surgery. The entire staff is most accommodating!
Great guy, great doctor! Knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything to me, precise and meticulous. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
FOLLOW UP: Dr. Lane followed up and repaired the area on my face that was left damaged after the surgery. I am pleased and admire his integrity.
Dr. Lane removed basil cell cancer below my lip on my chin. He is very detailed and precise. Dr. Lane took his time evaluating making sure the cancer was totally removed as well as the best way to suture leaving the scar minimal. I will not know the answer to this until it has healed, however, have faith it will be hairline. He and all of his staff were very kind and considerate.
Dr Lane is an excellent surgeon. I have had several skin cancers that had to be removed. He was well versed and proficient with the procedure. He is thorough, meticulous and compassionate. I have no scars at all from any of the procedures! My daughter had to have one removed right below her eye. You can not see a scar at all ! I also see him for botox and I love the results. He has a wonderful calming presence in a bit of a unnerving situation. I would recommend him highly.
